Someone pointed out that we, as a society, could absolutely have set daylight savings to churn over at 4PM on Friday instead of midnight on Saturday and I haven't been able to get that thought out of my head.

when i was a kid i was in a play that was about this guy on a quest to help out very stupid people. one of the people built a house but he forgot to put any windows in, so he was like, no worries I'll just grab sunlight and put it in the house in a basket. he invented daylight saving i guess
