i made a cool mashup yesterday but i can't post it anywhere or it gets copyright flagged. i'm just trying to have fun playing with records i already bought, and sharing them with my friends. i'm not trying to rip off anyone by selling counterfeit music or claiming i originated something i didn't.
i hate that we've built all this software, and written all these laws, that don't differentiate between the two at all.

Sometimes i put files in a zip file with a password on it, then share it alongside the password. That keeps the automated copyright bots from getting in to it. But it looks really shady to people who don't trust random zip files off the internet.
Decent way to share with friends who know you though.
Share it with bittorrent or IPFS, or in an encrypted Matrix room. Encrypt it with GnuPG.
