the legend of zelda theme melody really does convey at once a grave solemnity and reverent tone while also imbuing a whimsical sense of adventure at a pacing that reflects the standard gameplay loop of the zelda series
someone listening to the music will find their ear curiously following along to see what the next turn in the progression will be, just as the game does. i could not imagine a better fitting score.
in this sense, TUNIC is a videogame (strongly inspired by zelda et al) with a laser-focused effort to do the most important thing a game can do: reward curiosity. it's a distilled and studied essence
