I found this site called HackerRank, it's sort of like Duolingo for programming. It has a lot of small programming questions, challenges, etc. hackerrank.com

There's a number of different tracks, which each have a number of different problems with different levels of difficulty.

It's sort of like project Euler, except it runs your scores and grades them in browser. I don't think it'd help you learn programming, but it seems like a site for good daily exercises :D
