oh yeah i think it's also worth mentioning since i implied otherwise in my earlier explanation: all humans are dharma vessels :P

So just in case you were curious, a dharma vessel is basically a person that can learn, internalize, and experience the dharma. Dharma is actually a pretty complicated and multipurpose term that can mean the following things:
It's also worth noting that the term "dharma" is used outside of Buddhism too. I believe Hinduism uses it with similar meaning. Probably other religions that came out of the Indian subcontinent as well.
