I had a gigantic anxiety spiral all weekend because I was supposed to be work from home, but I couldn't get the remote desktop working, so I eventually gave up. I was so sure that it would be a huge deal all weekend that I couldn't stop stressing and couldn't stop thinking about it. Then, today at work, nobody was worried or upset. It was all in my head.
