bsky is neat but I'm still on twitter mostly. I've spent so many years getting my twitter feed to the exact level of deranged I want, with minimal debate club shit, and I completely lose that on bsky. there's so much shit that people spend days discussing on there that no one would care about on my twitter.

I watched the Iron Pineapple video that raved about it and it sounds cool, but also not for me. I don't need a souls-like that's harder and less forgiving than normal Lol

What Happens Next is very very dark (about murders and stuff) and about a bunch of terrible but deeply relatable queer people. The way it uses lots of very online references for storytelling hits me like a brick. Like I'm shocked that it's using things this way.

Max is also super cool. You can tell he was a homestuck person but in a cool way.

It was originally just the first chapter, so it very quickly gets into its themes (big questions about how people should be treated by others online). So yeah easy to pick up if you got the stomach for it Lol.

Tim's only social media at this point is a once a week Friday twitch stream, and he said during a stream that that's where he's gonna announce future videos, by saying something like "new video coming the Sunday after next". No other promotion than that, Lol. And yeah it'll specifically be on a Sunday and announced on the Friday 9 days before. So the earliest we'll get a video is October 1st but like don't count on it Lol.

The Boku no Natsuyasumi video was a level of effort about what you would expect for a feature documentary, so unless he reduces scope by a lot then don't expect a regular release schedule.

there's no jump scares and the way things are rendered is cute more than anything else, but it asks you to think about what's happening on a regular basis and it's cosmically messed up. very well done but definitely horror.

the game does a pretty great job of easing into Sokoban mechanics so you might be okay. I was kind of like "this is so easy" for quite a bit
