i never had many problems with slip and slides, even when they were on top of yard rocks, and neither did any of my friends so it's kind of making me wonder...
so you're like ten or so years younger than me. what if between the time of my childhood and the time of your childhood they started cheaping out on manufacturing slip and slides in a way that made them worse and riskier to play with
i kind of imagined the opposite would be the case! to be fair, we did also do the slip and slide over broken sidewalk which might have made things worse
yeah that doesn't sound ideal haha
