It's not new news but it's the first I'd heard of it! This AI was trained to play 5v5 DOTA2 (with a limited hero pool admittedly) and got scarily good at it. I watched the matches that they streamed against the world champion team and the AI was just so good at capitalising on any tiny advantage, and walking away when it wasn't worth it. It's worth looking the games up on twitch if you're at all into mobas like I am.
