cool games where you go fast that don't involve cars or hedgehogs

- Freedom Planet - started as a sonic fan game and it shows and it's really fun and a several different characters to use to get a feel for what you prefer. Freedom Planet 2 is in the works too.
- Spark the Electric Jester - also sonic-y but with lots of different powerups to swap between, some for fighting some for going fast, some for both
- Action Henk - unlike most of the rest of the games here this is more about optimising time on lots of short courses than running through big levels. has replay ghosts and online leaderboards and all that jazz.
- Defunct - a 3D game! play a cute little robot with a broken engine and abuse the power of slopes and nitro boosts to go really really really fast and get home!
- Fark the Electric Jester - upcoming 3D sequel to the other jester with an even worse name! There's a demo out and I think it's probably an aquired taste but I really liked it. Something like Sonic Adventure but with a fighting system.
- Cloudbuilt - haven't actually played it yet but it's a parkour game that looks fun

technically planets are going p fast around a star while spinning in a galaxy so all cool games without cars or hedgehogs are ones where you go fast. makes u think.
