I am not terribly disappointed by my Twitter feed, just thought anything fresh and new wasn't happening and it was all a rehash of the same few fights. (There is a lot of drama on my feed.) This post isn't a break up post, I just find myself pretty reflexively browsing it in search of content and the well wasn't that deep.

First I thought about using some browser add on to block sites but nothing worked that well. Then I went full hog to blocking twitter.com altogether from all browsers by blocking it in the hosts file. Worked like a charm until I noticed that I could still access mobile.twitter.com!

tl;dr computers are weird and never function.
