things i've cooked with tea:
rice plus sencha in the rice cooker
matcha biscotti
earl grey cupcakes
ochazuke
oh how'd the sencha rice turn out that sounds easy and intriguing but also like it might overbrew the tea
so i only made 1 cup of rice at a time which is less than 15mins in my rice cooker and used a heaping tsp of sencha. it was mild and grassy but i can see how leaving it in longer would overbrew it
i got to eat a few tea-flavoured ice creams too
