do u put thhe pill in ur mouth before the water or after.

i remember seeiong an argument about this on twitter once and like. i dont know actually. but ever since i realized that the only reason why i have heartburn is that i keep taking pills without water i just take a sip first just in case

its crazy though that that actually makes a difference.like it was　REALLY bad and i dont know what exactly caused it because i take like 4 pills every morning but one of tjose mustve been doing it. i guess its probably something acidic idk

also on that note. psa: dont take pills without water it is bad even if u think u can do it. i didnt ever rly do this on purpose i was either just outside and didnt have water or i was just so wretched .So dejecgted,so woebegone i could not grab a glass of water

i've never done water first but i'll try it next time

usually i put the pills in my mouth then try to tip them to the back of my tongue and then get water to swallow with while holding my head back

edit: tried it, felt scary and new but would try again

I have always done water first, drop the pill in and swallow the water because I hate swallowing pills. It feels weird and if I do the water first I don't feel them.

when i was younger i was always like swallowing pills SUCKS then someone was like "put the water in first idiot". so much easier. now i can swallow like eight pills at a time and not care
