My neighbors got a small yappy dog that barks non stop

It's terrible, take that poor pupy on a walk!
I'm not usually a noise complainer about, but this dog has not shut up for three days. I don't want to report them to the landlord because that's snitch shit and anyway I doubt they enjoy it much either, if they're home. But it's driving me up the wall.
