i love making bread

Once you get the skill down, kneading dough is very relaxing. Your house smells amazing, and homemade bread is real tasty.
I wish i had a steam-injection oven (not something anyone would really have at home) so I could make those nice crusty french loaves but oh well soft dinner rolls are nice to make too.
