I found this through the Kirk post (which I haven't yet read) on the front page now. I think it's basically the best encapsulation of the show I've read so far, even if it's two years old by now. The other stuff I've seen doesn't take as holistic a perspective, foregoing it for going straight into one aspect of the show and even injecting some history.
