Test Thread

Submitted by Moonside in themes (edited )

It turns out that comments, text submissions and their previews (respectively) all behave in different manner while customizing the look of the site with CSS themes. I submit this thread as a test bed for myself and others to use as a test bed for theme development. Since submissions and comments are different, making a new submissions is necessary.

Feel free to post anything you want to try out as a comment! This is definitely as good as any place to do so.

The way I intend to make my themes, any difference in styling between the submission and comments is a bug and I'll fix them (eventually).

Normal italic bold italic and bold One pair of asterisks too far.

A poem:

We have seen thee, queen of cheese,

Lying quietly at your ease,

Gently fanned by evening breeze,

Thy fair form no flies dare seize.

All gaily dressed soon you’ll go

To the great Provincial show,

To be admired by many a beau

In the city of Toronto.

      (declare (string x))
      (the string (turing-machine x)))
