This is a song by Peps Persson, a Swedish blues and reggae legend who sadly passed away a few months ago. He sang in a Scanian dialect, which is somewhat like Swedish pronounced with a Danish accent, the most noticable feature being the soft, french-like r-sound. This is an absolute banger, and the message doesn't require much cultural translation...
