I had a really upsetting dream last night (cw)

I kept developing boils on various parts of my body, and if I squeezed them to drain them so they'd go away, a bunch of bugs would crawl out. It was horrifying.

Then there was a part where I went to my parents' house, and there was a gigantic version of one of those boils, on the floor, and there were some glowing worms living in it, but no one but me seemed to notice or care about it.
