I wanted to listen to some jazz and felt uninspired, so I hit up some "Best Jazz Album Ever" list and picked something I hadn't listened to before. Lo and behold! I must have been sleeping on it as the album is just as good as its cover.
The fourth track Moritat (also known as Mack the Knife) is the best instrumental rendition of the song I've ever heard. Sonny's saxophone is puckishly playful in a gently wistful manner.
